Chapel of rest built at 22 Canvey Road.

Leigh-on-Sea Office

Leigh-On-Sea office and chapel of rest merge, extended Leigh branch opens at 1032 Leigh Road.

Shoebury Branch

Shoebury branch opens in Ness Road.

New Canvey Branch

New Canvey branch opens at Canvey Road.

Hockley branch opens in Main Road.
